This was our 5th RV purchase and the best experience of all. Cam Hilliard (our salesperson) was extremely knowledgeable of the unit and a pleasure to work with. Carl Mello (Finance Manager) was also excellent and made the experience quick and easy. The entire staff of the dealership was professional, courteous, and welcoming. Our purchase process at Miller's RV was the best we've had in our 30 years of owning RVs. Rhett was great with his no pressure sales approach, sending many requested pictures and answering questions. Pete was outstanding in solving a preexisting electrical problem from the manufacturer found on delivery day . He was very patient in answering all my questions and sent many pictures and videos to facilitate delivery. Carl was instrumental in streamlining the closing and finalizing the transaction, making it a great experience.

I’ve purchased a few boats, motorcycles and automobiles in my life. Millers RV in Baton Rouge Louisiana has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I shared with a friend who’s owned a multitude of toys, RV’s and still camping at 76 who will now bring his RV from Lafayette for exceptional service from highly trained techs. The sales representative is David Lichtenstein who has amazing integrity did everything he said. The technician was Pete Delvisco who was an expert. Pete spent time explaining everything and was more than a technician he took his job very serious and like an owner would do and with humor too. Jeff Hilliard Co-owner and manager was awesome through the process and knows the units inside out. What was special about this team, and the staff was you felt like old school as if you were family. Had Miller’s install a generator and slide toppers on our “new to us” fifth wheel. Generator had some issues with the starter. Was still under warranty from Onan for parts but not labor. Technically, we were out of the warranty period for labor, but since we had low hours on the generator, Millers did not charge for any labor to pull the unit, change the starter and whatever other parts needed and reinstall unit in 5th wheel. Will definitely be bringing any other work need to Millers.

My husband and I came to them already having a new camper in mind after researching online, and chose Miller's RV initially because of their positive Google reviews for customer service. We had the most amazing experience! Cam was genuine from the start, very knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the sale process. Carl was very personable and handled the financing and "leagalese" part with finesse and charm. We got to spin the wheel for a deal after our purchase and won a 4-bike bike rack that was, amazingly, exactly what we needed for the new camper. The receptonist and other staff were also kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Funding someone to even work on your RV, much less repair its dash AC was almost impossible. But Miller RV had someone and they were able to diagnose and repair. Pretty important in Louisiana! Was also able to get several other organs addressed by their techs. Total Win Win. Personal thanks to Aaron for keeping me up to date as everything progressed. Easy and convenient to get him on the phone or by texting.

This was my first time to use Miller’s RV for my 2023 Travato KL. After recently relocating from Fort Worth, Miller’s was the business my family used when I was growing up camping with my parents. The experience was great from when I dropped off my RV to when I picked it up. Aaron was very thorough with checking me in and documenting the issues I was having. He also reached out frequently via text and phone calls to let me know status updates. The RV did not take long at all to get back to me and upon pick up he went over everything that had been done while it was there. They also have a VERY reasonable price for an exterior wash which I took advantage of! I will be going back for sure to Miller’s RV!

We rented the 31 ft Winnie Minnie. We went to North Carolina and had a great vacation. From the time we first called Miller's they we super friendly and helpful. The Rv was in perfect condition. When we didn't know how to do something on day 3 they gladly gave us directions how to fix the issue. We are already planning our next adventure and will rent again from Miller's. Terry is the most friendly and helpful person ever.

I was in need of a new skylight for the bathroom due to some cracking while we are traveling. Kayla was very prompt and was able to receive a skylight while we were in the area on very short notice. Kayla is superb at what she does and knows the products for RV’s.
